Where a card fails, Stripe retries on a schedule of its own. If payment still does not arrive, somebody contacts you before anything is switched off. Nobody loses cover because a card quietly expired in a drawer.
Cancel from the portal, or write in and we will do it for you. Lines run to the end of whatever has already been paid for, and then they stop. A part month never gets divided, and the refund page explains that in full.
When a subscription ends you get a written answer about backups, agents, and records held in your name, carrying real dates for your own setup rather than a soothing paragraph.
